Rather than bundling everything into opaque tiers, we calculate your quote from these independent factors. Each one scales to your specific order, so you never pay for what you don't need.

When you commission a bespoke bake, you're trusting someone with an important moment — a birthday, a wedding, a corporate event, a quiet personal celebration. You shouldn't have to wonder whether you're overpaying for a "premium" label or subsidising someone else's discount. Our line-by-line approach means your quote reflects your order alone. Nothing more, nothing less.

Within two working days, you'll receive a detailed breakdown showing each cost factor, the quantity applied, and the total. No lump sums.
Want to swap chocolate for caramel? Remove a tier? Add gold leaf? We'll re-quote the affected lines only, so you can see exactly what changes.
A 40% deposit secures your date. The balance is due on delivery. If ingredient costs shift before bake day, we'll flag it and you decide how to proceed.
Resilient Bakes is a small, intentional operation. We limit ourselves to six commissions per week to maintain the quality and attention each order deserves. This isn't a production line — it's a craft kitchen run by two bakers who care deeply about honest food and honest business.

Resilient Bakes ("we", "our") collects personal information you voluntarily provide when requesting a quote — specifically your email address, phone number (if given), and order details. We use this data solely to prepare and deliver your quote and fulfil your order.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except where required by law or necessary for delivery logistics. Data is stored securely and retained for 24 months after your last interaction, after which it is permanently deleted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We use a single localStorage flag on this website to remember your cookie consent preference; no tracking cookies are deployed.

By placing an order with Resilient Bakes, you agree to the following terms. Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue. A 40% deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your bake date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or collection.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled bake date will receive a refund of the deposit minus a £15 administration fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if ingredient costs change materially between quote acceptance and bake day; in such cases, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding.
All intellectual property relating to our designs, recipes, and branding remains the property of Resilient Bakes. Content on this website is provided for informational purposes and may not be reproduced without permission.
